The WISE Loft Plus Fiber Blowing System is a complete line of equipment designed to produce a high volume of open fiber and deliver it in a controlled manner from bale to finished product. Producing up to 1,000lb. Per hour the wise loft plus fiber blowing system offers a high level of fiber opening (95-100%). This system minimizes fiber weight and maximizes final product loft and cushion memory. Wise loft plus fiber blowing systems are available in three configurations to fit your production needs.

SYSTEM E

This system consists of a reserve chute, a fine opener, and a fiber blowing fan. The fiber is added to the top of the reserve chute, which is located above the opener feed rolls. The feed rolls are variable speed and meter the amount of fiber delivered into the fine opener. The fibers are then 95-100% opened and blown through the fan nozzle by means of a high speed fan.

SYSTEM 1

This system consists of a reserve feeder w/ optional extended apron, fine opener, and a fiber blowing fan(s). The fiber is added to the reserve feeder, which conveys and slightly pre-opens the fiber before delivery to the opener feed rolls. The feed rolls are variable speed and meter the amount of fiber delivered into the fine opener. The fibers are then 95-100% opened and blown through the fan(s) nozzle(s) by means of a high speed fan(s). This system greatly increases production and reduces labor over the SYSTEM E.

This system consists of a reserve feeder w/ optional extended apron, pre-opener, hump magnet, distributor, reserve chute, fine opener, and a fiber blowing fan(s). The fiber is added to the reserve feeder, which conveys and slightly pre-opens the fiber before delivery to the pre-opener feed rolls. The feed rolls are variable speed and meter the amount of fiber delivered into the pre-opener opener. The fibers are then 50-75% opened and delivered through a hump magnet which removes any metal particles from the fiber. The fiber is then pneumatically conveyed via a distributor and a suction fan into the reserve chute over the fine opener. Variable speed feed rolls then feed the fiber into the fine opener where it is opened to 100% and blown through the fan(s) nozzle(s) by means of a high speed fan(s). An optional shaker chute can be used in place of the reserve chute to maximize production. This system is ideal for fibers that are required to be clean and 100% opened.
