The Wise Industries Max-Pro Card/Garnet can be configured for both man-made and natural fibers. It has been designed to provide the optimum cylinder configuration, wire specification and timing belt drive system to produce high quality webs at production capacities exceeding anything in the market today.

The Max-Pro Card/Garnett is available as a single or double section machine with single or double doffers. Standard working widths are 60”, 72”, 84” and 96”.

We can test your specific quality and production needs in our development lab at our King’s Mountain, North Carolina location. Installed in our research center is a complete fill size fiber line, which includes: Computerized Blending, Carding/Garnetting, Cross-lapping and various Wind-up and Discharge Systems.
