The WISE Pillow Stuffer is a reliable cost effective way of stuffing non-woven pillow batts.

Reliability comes from a design which incorporates heavy steel construction which includes 1/4" thick steel side plates and strong structural steel channel legs. The stuffer may be hand fed or automatically fed by means of a WISE Pillow Wind Up. The wound batt enters the rear of the stuffer from the attached conveyors and is compressed by a set of endless stuffing belts driven by large rubber coated steel rolls. These belts feed the batt through the nose piece and into the hand held pillow tick. The stuffing belts' longevity is aided by an exclusive WISE nose roller design. The WISE Pillow Stuffer can be permanently mounted to the floor or can be made into a convenient mobile unit with the addition of optional heavy duty casters.
