Mechanical
Wise Industries has several experienced mechanical field service technicians. These technicians not only install machinery but are specially trained and experienced at troubleshooting. Our technicians train employees how to operate the machinery and they also train maintenance technicians on required maintenance procedures.

Electrical
Wise Industries has several electrical field service technicians. These technicians perform field wiring of machinery and also are very experienced at troubleshooting. Communication links are provided in most control panels so that remote access can be made to the PLC.

Programming
Wise Industries offers a wide variety of electrical programming for drives, inverters, controllers, etc. We have programs that range from simple to very complex. We have many standard programs on file that can be loaded at your facility. We also offer more complex and specialty programs to suit your specific needs.
These include: continuous web, sequential start/stop, recipe mix, and trending-printing.

Wire Cylinder Reclothing
Wise Industries has the capability to reclothe metallic wire wound card cylinders in house or come to your facility and reclothe wire wound card cylinders while they remain on the machine. The field service is a great cost saver and eliminates hours, if not days, of down time. On average, an entire single section garnett can be reclothed in two days.

Wise Industries has a full staff of mechanical and electrical engineers. Our engineers have many years of experience and can design and adapt machinery to fit your specific need. Our engineers can also troubleshoot most situations over the phone, which keeps downtime to a minimum. This service is free of charge to our customers. Safety and Operation Manuals
Service manuals are provided with for every piece of machinery that we build. These manuals include the safe operation of the machinery, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules. Also, a list of recommended spare parts that should be purchased are included in the manuals.
